Need Directions

Our office is conveniently located on the Salem Hospital campus in the Center for Outpatient Medicine (COM) Building “C”. This is located on the corner of Winter and Oak Streets across from the Salem Hospital Critical Care Tower. You are welcome to park in the parking structure below our building, with the entrance off of Winter Street. Parking is also available below the Salem Hospital Critical Care Tower and the Visitor Parking Garage with the entrance off of Capitol Street.

Once you enter the parking structure, you will receive a yellow entry ticket. Our office will provide a pink validation ticket at the completion of your visit. As you pull up to the exit; insert the yellow entry ticket, then insert the pink validation ticket in the Express Park machine, the control arm will then go up allowing you to exit.
