I first went to this location for a tummy tuck/mommy makeover in 2012. I paid cash for this and found it to be an amazing experience with Dr. Bruce Carter and I was very pleased! So when I decided to do a little more work on myself and I made an appointment with Dr. Austin I showed up with my questions only to be laughed at and told that’s not how things work in a rude fashion that belittled me and made me feel very unimportant. So I have no idea what kind of surgeon Dr. Austin is or the lady that was working with him but I found their bedside manner to be Fairly lacking. Too bad

The moment I first met Dr Austin in 2013 I was treated with respect and dignity. He has been there for me on my breast cancer journey. His staff is caring, efficient and supportive. His surgical care is beyond wonderful. I can unequivocally recommend Dr Austin for any surgical needs. I trust him completely.
